Modern Dumpster Rental was built for the purpose of growing a national dumpster brand that offers franchisees an efficient and successful business blueprint, a national and local marketing campaign for continued growth and a support team that will help coach them thru the everyday business challenges of the dumpster industry.
Our Team lead, Jake spent over 15 years in corporate leadership roles and always had this burning entrepreneurial drive to have his own company. One day over lunch while discussing business opportunities, him and his eventual business partner devised a plan to fill a need in their local area for dumpsters and Modern Dumpster Rental was born. Modern Dumpster Rental was able to quickly secure customers in a new home development and then the team dove headfirst into research for new and innovative ways to do business in the dumpster industry. The first Modern Dumpster Rental setup that was developed worked well to service new customers, however, it was quickly realized that it was not the best for the company’s long term business growth and scaling strategy. After much research and tinkering to see what worked best in the industry a new system was developed and is still in use today.
Along with running the business day to day, Jake operated a truck and hauled dumpsters for almost two years before hiring the first employee. We feel confident this same strategy can be duplicated by our franchisees nationwide as we will show them the most efficient operation techniques for success. We also know the challenges that this industry faces and will help franchisees avoid missteps at startup and beyond.
